Message	Tough call. I can understand why you are upset, if you are paying for 2.5", 2.4" doesn't and shouldn't cut it. It doesn't matter how close it is, it's not what you paid for. But then again, it does sound like he truly believes that he sent you what you asked for. If you can prove you will send him back what he sent you, then I think the best solution would be to split the shipping cost back to him and wash your hands of it.
